Description

• Callstack supports and inspires top industry leaders to ship better digital products and services to their users • Pivotal role in driving successful execution and delivery of large-scale projects for enterprise US-based clients • Building relationships with senior management on the client's end • Monitoring completion of program-level objectives • Facilitating and optimizing Agile processes across multiple teams • Guidance and coaching to Agile teams and Scrum Masters • Partnership with Product Managers, Product Owners, and key stakeholders • Identifying, tracking, and mitigation risks and dependencies • Utilizing metrics and feedback to drive data-informed decisions • Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance Agile processes • Flexible to work in afternoon/evening hours occasionally • Taking part in onsite meetings with project stakeholders across the USA and Europe

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise project management roles • 3+ years of experience as a Program Manager in an agile environment or SAFe RTE • Board knowledge of Agile and SAFe • Strong understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles, practices, and ceremonies • Exceptional communication, workshop facilitation, and coaching skills • Experience managing and coordinating multiple Scrum teams within a Program/Agile Release Train • Ability to navigate and resolve complex issues and dependencies between teams • Demonstrated success in driving the development of big-scale digital products and continuous improvement initiatives • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence • Previous experience in software development consulting organizations • SAFe and Agile Program Management certifications (as a plus)
