• We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to enhance our sales efficiency and support business growth. • In this role you will be responsible for managing our CRM, improving sales processes, data management, and sales tooling. • Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare and coordinate data collection for sales forecasts • Gather and compile data for sales reports to track sales results and team performance • Sales Tooling and Automation: Research, select, implement, maintain, and automate sales tooling in collaboration with the HoS. • Propose and integrate AI-driven solutions to improve team efficiency • CRM and Data Management: Take a role of a master user of our CRM system - HubSpot • Making sure we maintain accurate data in the CRM system, ensuring it is up-to-date. • Refine CRM and lead management processes. • Process Analytics and Improvements: Analyze sales processes and data to suggest optimizations and improvements. • Coordinating Sales Activities: Coordinate sales team activities based on planned activities. • Keeping agreed tasks schedules and action items up to date. • Track team progress around lead management and lead generation actions. • Sales Materials: Develop reusable sales materials, support preparations of customer presentations, sales offers, briefs and materials for onsites. • Collect market and technical trends, opportunities, challenges to create meaningful insights for customers • Continuous improvement • Identify process improvement opportunities • Manage internal projects and initiatives
• Proven experience in similar roles handling sales operations, CRM management, and sales tooling. • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data collection and analysis • Experience managing sales forecast and creating different reports for management • Proficiency using and improving CRM systems, HubSpot is a plus. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects. • Project organization and management skills • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Willingness to travel to Wrocław once a quarter for 1-2 days (travel costs covered)
