Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Define our client’s product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities in alignment with business objectives • Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements • Act as a liaison between the business and development teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of goals and expectations • Lead agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, sprint review, retrospectives, refinements etc. • Analyze and improve business processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user stories, process flows, and requirements specifications • Conduct market research, competition analysis and internal workshops to identify opportunities for the client’s product innovation and improvement • Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members • Act as a consultant for Callstack’s enterprise clients • Be flexible to work in afternoon/evening hours occasionally to attend meetings in EST and PST time zones • Take part in onsite meetings with project stakeholders in the USA and Europe • Continuously improve, innovate, automate, and optimize processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT business analysis and product ownership • 2+ years of experience in enterprise-sized organizations • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional communication and consultancy skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Proficiency in using business analysis and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, Miro etc.) • Relevant certifications are a big plus, but not a must
