Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects within enterprise organizations • Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, manage their expectations, budgets, timelines, and ensure the highest quality standards are met • Understand key project objectives and stakeholders’ expectations • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects • Track and report project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals • Manage the relationship with the client and ensure stakeholders’ alignment • Introduce and promote best practices related to project governance at Callstack and within the client’s organization

Requirements

• Strong organizational and leadership skills • Proven experience in project management, particularly software development projects • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), including Agile methodologies • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and mobile technologies • Scrum, Agile, SAFe, or relevant certification is preferred, but not a must • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up the sleeves to get the job done • Proven experience in process optimization and change management
