Description

• Using scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits over the phone. • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and present relevant solutions. • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements. • Making calls according to a script that is assigned to each campaign that you are calling. • Reaching the assigned number of calls per campaign on a daily basis. • Following our Call Center standards and targets to maintain our quality service. • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics, including call volume and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Fluent in German with excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner. • Comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively in a remote setting. • Flexible schedule availability to work variable shifts, including weekends. • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to making calls. • A desktop or laptop computer with a speaker/microphone (either integrated or as a headset), a reliable internet connection and a quiet room.
