Description

• Test Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand software requirements and design test plans. • Test Execution: Conduct functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing to identify and document software defects. • Defect Reporting and Tracking: Document and communicate issues, defects, and anomalies clearly and accurately. • Automation Testing: Collaborate with the development team to design and implement automated test scripts for repetitive and critical test scenarios. • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback on software quality. • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in retrospectives and contribute to process improvements within the QA team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Proven experience in quality assurance testing for SaaS applications. • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases. • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality software.
