Description
•Lead the design and development of luxury kitchen and bath projects from concept to completion. •Create detailed, high-quality CAD renderings and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients. •Conduct space programming to optimize functionality and flow in kitchen and bath spaces. Including furniture and hard finishes -ID set. •Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of the design vision. •Select materials, finishes, and fixtures, ensuring that all design elements align with client preferences and project goals. •Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, pricing, presentations, numbered drawings ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. •Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the design process. •Ensure adherence to industry standards and building codes, delivering the highest level of craftsmanship in every project. •Stay current on design trends, products, and innovations in the luxury kitchen and bath industry. •Price order and assist with the procurement of cabinetry, furniture and other retail materials sold by the company.
Requirements
•5+ years of experience in kitchen and bath design, with a strong portfolio of luxury residential projects. •Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and 3D rendering programs. •Strong knowledge of space planning and programming for functional kitchen and bath designs. •Proven ability to manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints. •Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with high-end clients. •Expertise in sourcing luxury materials, finishes, and fixtures. •A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. •Certified by the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) or other relevant design certifications.
