Description
â˘Lead the design and development of luxury kitchen and bath projects from concept to completion. â˘Create detailed, high-quality CAD renderings and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients. â˘Conduct space programming to optimize functionality and flow in kitchen and bath spaces. Including furniture and hard finishes -ID set. â˘Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of the design vision. â˘Select materials, finishes, and fixtures, ensuring that all design elements align with client preferences and project goals. â˘Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, pricing, presentations, numbered drawings ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. â˘Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the design process. â˘Ensure adherence to industry standards and building codes, delivering the highest level of craftsmanship in every project. â˘Stay current on design trends, products, and innovations in the luxury kitchen and bath industry. â˘Price order and assist with the procurement of cabinetry, furniture and other retail materials sold by the company.
Requirements
â˘5+ years of experience in kitchen and bath design, with a strong portfolio of luxury residential projects. â˘Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and 3D rendering programs. â˘Strong knowledge of space planning and programming for functional kitchen and bath designs. â˘Proven ability to manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints. â˘Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with high-end clients. â˘Expertise in sourcing luxury materials, finishes, and fixtures. â˘A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. â˘Certified by the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) or other relevant design certifications.
