• Handle inbound calls, multiple coming from the Client Services Line and direct phone number. • Needs to be a quick thinker, organized, and can perform tasks independently. • Assist Support with escalated customers, handle cancellations, Legal Entity and understand all CS processes. • Ability to collaborate with other departments to resolve client concerns.
• Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills. • Strong experience in doing support via inbound, outbound calls as well as emails.
