• Staff4Me is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Content Moderator fluent in Indonesian. • Responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content for compliance with guidelines. • Identify, flag, and remove inappropriate content according to established protocols. • Provide feedback to users and escalate complex cases to management. • Monitor community interactions and report on issues to enhance moderation tactics. • Work collaboratively with other moderators to ensure uniform moderation. • Stay updated on platform policies and industry best practices. • Engage in training and team meetings for knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Fluency in Indonesian (native or equivalent), with proficiency in written and spoken English. • Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or a similar role is advantageous. • Exceptional attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills for effective decision-making. • Familiarity with social media environments and current digital content trends. • Ability to manage sensitive topics with professionalism and care. • Proficient with moderation tools and familiar with online safety guidelines. • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
