• Job Summary: Staff4Me is seeking a Bilingual Helpdesk NOC Analyst proficient in Spanish and English. • Monitor network operations and manage incidents. • Provide bilingual technical support to clients. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with networks, servers, and workstations. • Escalate complex issues to technical teams while communicating with clients. • Document interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system. • Conduct regular system checks and maintenance. • Assist in developing technical documentation and procedures. • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery. • Participate in training sessions to stay updated with industry trends.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. • Previous experience in a helpdesk or technical support role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic understanding of networking principles and IT systems. • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus. • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
