• Staff4Me is seeking a Bilingual Helpdesk NOC Analyst who is proficient in both Spanish and English. • Provide first-line technical support to ensure the availability and performance of our clients' IT systems. • Responsible for monitoring network performance, addressing incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service in both languages. • Monitor network operations and manage incidents through a ticketing system. • Provide bilingual technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networks, servers, and workstations. • Escalate complex issues while maintaining communication with clients. • Document all interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system accurately. • Conduct regular system checks and maintenance. • Assist in the development of technical documentation and procedures. • Work collaboratively to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. • Participate in training sessions to stay current with industry trends and technologies.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. • Previous experience in a helpdesk or technical support role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic understanding of networking principles and IT systems. • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus. • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
