Description

• TAC Calls- Call Aruba Supports to report an issue • Reaching out to vendors for X Information and maybe even moving vendor over to new network- gather vendor network requirements, move over to new network test/troubleshoot as needed • PDCS- building out Meraki Dashboard Config to be compatible with Hilton Standards • Wireless/Wires CRs- Setup Wireless/Wired Connection Rooms for Hilton TV solution • IPWs- Documentation • Conf tool screenshots- Documentation • Snap Imports/Port Forwards- Device Information and management • RF Review- heatmap review and relay any information to the engineer • RMAs- reach out to support for that vendor to replace a defective device

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or similar role. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. • Proficient in project management software and tools. • Familiarity with engineering concepts and terminology. • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
