Utilize company systems to create live transfers and appointments with in-house leads. Effectively and professionally communicate the company's services. Develop and apply strong sales techniques and rebuttal strategies. Understand the basics of Medicare and the insurance products offered. Implement feedback and coaching for continuous improvement. Build rapport and maintain client engagement throughout sales conversations. Adhere strictly to all CMS phone/email compliance regulations. Handle both outbound and inbound calling projects efficiently. Transfer qualified leads to the sales team. Conduct light intake of prospect and client data. Stay informed of Medicare rules and maintain compliance as required by CMS. Utilize technology tools including Salesforce CRM, dialer systems, and Microsoft Teams. Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment assisting clients with Medicare inquiries. Handle incoming calls and transfer them when qualified.
Prior experience in sales with a solid understanding of the sales process. Ability to manage rebuttals and demonstrate a proactive approach towards sales. Proficient with computer systems and Salesforce. Excellent communication skills including clarity in speech and active listening. Strong adherence to policies with a commitment to timely task completion and organizational objectives. Able to approach others tactfully, handle pressure effectively, and foster mutual respect. Meticulous in monitoring work for accuracy and thoroughness. Consistently meets productivity standards and strives for improvement. Punctual and reliable attendance. Responsible for following instructions and keeping commitments, communicating any necessary adjustments promptly.
