• Design and develop custom components and integrations using the ScienceLogic platform. • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architectures. • Implement and configure monitoring policies and alerts based on client needs. • Create custom dashboards and reports to visualize and analyze monitoring data. • Integrate ScienceLogic with other systems and tools used in the client's IT environment. • Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution related to ScienceLogic implementations. • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in the ScienceLogic platform. • Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience in designing and developing solutions using the ScienceLogic platform. • Strong knowledge of ScienceLogic architecture, components, and capabilities. • Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript or Python for customization. • Understanding of IT monitoring and management concepts and tools. • Ability to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
