• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings • Guide and coach the team in Agile/Scrum practices and foster a productive and positive team environment • Work closely with product owners to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and ready for the next sprint • Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress • Use Jira to track and manage project progress, ensuring transparency and accurate reporting • Promote continuous improvement and help teams increase their velocity and efficiency • Assist in user story definition, backlog refinement, and prioritization of work • Ensure that the team adheres to Agile principles and best practices • Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration within the team and across the organization • Work with stakeholders to communicate project status, progress, and any risks or issues
• Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment • Proficiency in using Jira for Agile project management • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remove impediments • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to coach and mentor team members in Agile practices • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
