• The US Campus Recruiter at Staff4Me will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with universities and colleges across the United States. • In this position, you will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent from campus environments to support our organization's growth and workforce diversity. • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about shaping the future workforce and has strong networking and communication skills. • Establish and maintain relationships with campus career services and recruitment offices at target schools. • Develop and implement effective campus recruitment strategies to attract top students and recent graduates from diverse backgrounds. • Coordinate and attend campus recruitment events, job fairs, and information sessions to showcase the company and meet potential candidates. • Conduct information sessions and workshops to inform students about job opportunities and the hiring process. • Screen and interview student candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for open positions. • Enhance the employer brand on campus by promoting staff4Me through various social media platforms and campus partnerships. • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create targeted recruitment plans. • Track and report on campus recruitment metrics, including candidate pipeline and hiring statistics. • Provide ongoing support and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. • Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to develop recruitment materials and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. • 2+ years of experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment. • Strong understanding of the campus recruitment landscape and trends. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, faculty, and staff. • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and social media for recruitment. • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. • Willingness to travel to campuses for recruitment events as needed.
