• Staff4Me is seeking a skilled and dedicated Bilingual Wifi Support Engineer. • Responsible for exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for wifi-related issues. • Work closely with clients to ensure reliable and efficient wifi solutions.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience as a Wifi Support Engineer or in a similar role. • Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential. • Strong knowledge of wifi technologies, protocols, and standards. • Prior experience in configuring and managing wifi access points, controllers, and related equipment. • Understanding of network security principles and best practices. • Proficient in conducting site surveys and performing troubleshooting in both languages. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment. • Relevant certifications such as CWNP, CCNA Wireless, or similar are preferred. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
