Description

• CALSTART is a mission-driven industry organization focused on transportation decarbonization and clean air for all • Project Manager will oversee electric vehicle voucher processing and software development projects • Manage Data Insights and Analytics projects related to electric vehicle deployment • Facilitate meetings and coordinate across multiple teams • Document technical requirements and policy changes • Synthesize data results and software processes for stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, specifically in software development projects • Strong experience with project management methodologies (especially Agile) and tools like Jira • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements • Experience engaging with external stakeholders
