📋 Description
• CALSTART is a mission-driven industry organization focused on transportation decarbonization and clean air for all • Develop, assess, and implement large-scale, zero-emission transportation solutions to mitigate climate change and support economic growth • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and optimize contract management processes • Act as the primary point of contact for government agencies, resolving contract-related issues promptly • Stay informed of changes in contracting regulations and ensure organization remains compliant
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, contract management, law, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPCM, CFCM) preferred • 5+ years of experience in government contract and subcontract management, with expertise in federal compliance (FAR, CFR) • Experience with California state agency contracts is highly preferred • Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a proven ability to manage complex agreements • Proficiency in contract management software is a plus
