• As a Salesforce Admin, responsible for supporting users with functionality improvements • Develop efficient and user-friendly solutions • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation toolset • Define, model, build, and test added/modified functionality • Determine and document user requirements • Issue resolution and recommendation of best practices • Manage process of launching new applications and solutions

Requirements

• 2+ years experience performing as a Salesforce Administrator • Sales Cloud focus preferred, Service Cloud nice to have • CPQ experience a plus • Marketing platform integration within Salesforce (Eloqua, Marketo) experience a plus • Proven experience using declarative automation toolset • Experience administering third party applications within Salesforce • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Quick learner with ability to grasp business processes • Ability to establish priorities and work independently
