Description

• Support the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns. • Assist in the setup, trafficking, monitoring, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms. • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics. • Help build and refine audience segments for targeting strategies. • Work closely with the creative team to test different ad formats and optimize based on performance. • Assist in managing daily and weekly campaign budgets. • Participate in A/B tests to drive continuous campaign optimization. • Stay updated on trends and provide recommendations for growth opportunities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media efforts with business objectives.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or paid media, ideally in a DTC or performance-driven environment. • Basic experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or other paid media platforms. • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. • Proven attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines across different platforms. • Proven verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners. • A passion for learning, testing, and improving campaigns based on data-driven insights.
