Description

β€’ Support the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns. β€’ Assist in the setup, trafficking, monitoring, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms. β€’ Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics. β€’ Help build and refine audience segments for targeting strategies. β€’ Work closely with the creative team to test different ad formats and optimize based on performance. β€’ Assist in managing daily and weekly campaign budgets. β€’ Participate in A/B tests to drive continuous campaign optimization. β€’ Stay updated on trends and provide recommendations for growth opportunities. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media efforts with business objectives.

Requirements

β€’ 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or paid media, ideally in a DTC or performance-driven environment. β€’ Basic experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or other paid media platforms. β€’ Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. β€’ Proven attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines across different platforms. β€’ Proven verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners. β€’ A passion for learning, testing, and improving campaigns based on data-driven insights.
