• Support operational service delivery and new feature development for high-availability software system • Triage and troubleshoot helpdesk escalations with support • Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) under supervision • Create detailed Jira tickets for issues • Draft deployment plans with support
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Master’s degree in progress is a plus • Exceptional analytical skills and basic SQL preferred • Excellent documentation and communication skills • Team-oriented attitude and attention to detail • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, TeamCity, Git, Bitbucket, Octopus desired • Some experience with software development lifecycle and project management methods
