📋 Description

• We are seeking experienced Workday Student Integration Consultants to join our dynamic ERP migration team at various client colleges and universities. • This position is crucial to the success of new Workday implementations. • Ideal candidates will have a passion for technology and data. • A proactive approach to process improvement, providing an opportunity to significantly influence educational processes through diverse challenges and complex software integrations. • As part of our consulting team, the Workday Student Integrations Consultant is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing integrations between Workday and other third-party software. • This role involves close collaboration with various academic and administrative departments to ensure the ERP system effectively supports the institution's mission and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Strong experience in Workday integrations, with a preference for experience in Higher Education. Experience with Workday Student integrations is strongly preferred. • Strong proficiency in SQL, JSON, XML, XSLT, and web services (SOAP, REST). • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, develop strategic solutions, and implement changes effectively. • Excellent communication and documentation skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Prior experience in coordinating meetings and facilitating group discussions. • Experience working with additional higher education ERP(s) like Banner, Colleague, or Jenzabar. • Experience working with additional higher education technology solutions. • Workday certifications, preferably related to integrations and Workday Student. • Experience with additional integration tools and platforms.
