• Proven track record of leading and building successful sales teams (with at least ten years of experience in sales leadership roles) • Proven track record of developing a book of business from scratch, including sales cycle creation • Extensive experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, ideally at a Salesforce consulting partner, with a deep understanding of Salesforce products, solutions, and market dynamics. • Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets and drive business growth. • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
