Requirements

• Experience in community management, with a proven track record of growing and engaging a Discord community. • Expert knowledge of Discord’s features, tools, bots, and best practices for community management. • Experience using Discord moderation tools and community analytics to assess performance and engagement. • Strong content creation and communication skills tailored for Discord, including text, voice, and multimedia interactions. • Ability to analyze data and insights to continuously improve community engagement and satisfaction. • Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English). • Goal-orientated, ownership and commitment. • Doer mindset - we are moving fast and we need people that can find the right balance between executing, planning and strategy. • Humble - willing to learn, open to feedback. • You must be located or willing to work in a time zone { CET +/- 3 hours } as the majority of our team members are based in Europe.
