Description

• Oversee the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology engineering design team for a healthcare facility • Ensure project success through design and construction administration over an anticipated timeline of 6-7 years • Partner with project management to develop innovative solutions • Manage engineering communication and staffing

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience required • High level specialist in healthcare projects, especially those with construction values exceeding $300 million • Current PE in either Mechanical or Electrical in the US required, along with the ability to get a PE in Minnesota • LEED Certification or other sustainable building certification preferred • Strong understanding of BIM implementation for large multidisciplinary projects with external design partners and consultants • Strong project management and relationship management skills • Professional Acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Exceptional client and people leadership and team management skills • Proficient in Deltek or other project resource and financial planning software required • Professional business attire required for client meetings
