• Provide a modern, API-driven loan management and servicing platform • Provide flexible lending constructs • Ensure compliance and security for lenders and borrowers

Requirements

• Familiarity with lending and financial services is a plus; otherwise, demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow your understanding • Develop and maintain scalable software solutions by thinking carefully about component design and modularity • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand borrower acquisition, verification, underwriting, origination, servicing, and back-office functions • Participate in product problem selection, product problem validation, and ensure understanding of the problem space and desired outcomes • Manage deployments and on-call rotations with a 'you write it, you own it' mentality • Build cool things with cool people
