Description

• Capchase, recognised as one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies of 2023, empowers SaaS companies to grow faster through access to capital & revenue management tools. • We have been acknowledged by Forbes North America’s best startups and also featured among Forbes Next Billion-Dollar Startups 2023. • In a little over three years, we’ve provided billions in funding to thousands of companies. • We are looking for a Senior Accountant Manager to join the Finance team and work hand in hand with our Controller and VP of Finance. • This includes managing accounting processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, developing budgets, and providing financial analysis to support business strategy. • You will also lead and develop the finance team, streamline processes, and identify and mitigate financial risks.

Requirements

• An accounting qualification from a recognized accounting body (e.g ACCA, ACA, CPA) with a minimum of 3-5 years post-qualification experience • Experience with data analytics tools and strong excel skills are essential • Experience in a financial services environment is required • Proficient English skills. As our main business language, it's a must to be comfortable working in the language • US GAAP experience preferred (or at least demonstrated ability to get up to speed quickly) • Big 4 and/or start-up experience preferred • Experience working with Netsuite an advantage
