Description

• The Property & Casualty team function is responsible for the preparation, coordination, and release of the monthly underwriting results by book, state, accident year, and other parameters • Responsible for the preparation and review of multiple balance sheet account reconciliations every month • Supporting various business functions by providing additional information and analysis • Working with business unit and IT functions to implement projects successfully

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, strongly preferred • Work experience: 1-3 years • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Balancing to reconciliation/controls - intermediate • Financial Reporting - intermediate • Independent research - intermediate • Systems and Process management - intermediate • Accounting Practices and Financial Regulatory Environment - advanced • Excel - intermediate (4-6 years) • SAP - entry level (1-3 years) • Office Suite - Intermediate (4-6 years)
