Description
•Our Client is one of the United States’ largest insurers, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products. •Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Management Analyst to join our team. •Location: Colombia •Your are going to be responsible for the collection, preparation and reporting of statistical data. •Develops and prepares new reports and applications using multiple sources of information. •Evaluates information being reported for consistency, completeness, accuracy and reasonableness. •Maintains and provides support for existing tools and applications. •Communicates with actuaries, accountants, product managers and I/T staff regarding data requirements. •Prepares internal and/or external correspondence related to the development and understanding of information. •Conducts research into proposed solutions regarding data quality issues.
Requirements
•Fluency in English, you are going to work with an international team. •Understands how to effectively use core tools for Data Analytics including Excel, Power BI, VMA Macros and SQL. •Sets the blueprint for data and the way it flows through data storage systems and subsequent downstream applications. •Manages the availability, consistency, usability, integrity, and security of the data employed in an enterprise. •Applies knowledge of data mining practices, tools and technologies to find patterns in the data. •Understands and applies knowledge of various visual aids that can be used to articulate or convey observations regarding the data. •Understands and applies knowledge of various statistical and/or analytical metrics, equations or practices. •SQL query - Advanced •MDX Query (Analysis Services) - Intermediate •VBA macro in excel - Advanced •Excel - Advanced •Project Management - Intermediate •Power BI - Advanced •Critical thinking - Advanced
