• Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Life Insurance Product Implementation Consultant. • The role of Product Implementation Consultant involves leading the implementation of life insurance products, enhancements and initiatives, from conception through to regulatory approval and implementation. • The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance with U.S. regulations and industry standards. • Responsibilities include developing detailed implementation plans for projects with manageable risks and resource requirements, managing timelines and resolving problems that arising during the process. • The position manages product implementation activities following the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Requirements

• Minimum Required: 7-9 years • Preferred: 9+ • Minimum Required: Fluent • Data Analysis- Ability to pull and analyze data from different sources to make sound recommendations in support of the financial health of the business. • Product Strategy and Roadmapping • Product Development and Innovation - Continuous improvement and development for new and existing products, technology, or services from concept through to production. • Market Research - Conducts research into market and industry trends, target user base and competing products. • Project Management - Advanced • Verbal and Written Communication - Advanced • Presentation & Group Facilitation - Advanced • Leadership - Advanced • Leading Collaboration & Negotiation - Advanced • Preferred branches of study: Project Management - SAFe Agile Training Regulatory Compliance Insurance • Microsoft Office Suite - Advanced • JIRA, Rally or similar Agile management tools - Intermediate • Problem-solving • Proactive in seeking out problems • Curiosity • Collaboration • Encouraging team participation and contribution • Sense of ownership • Superb communication
