• Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Cloud Architect for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier. • As a Senior Cloud Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and implementation of cutting-edge infrastructure, cloud modernization, and containerized solutions across multi-cloud and hybrid environments. • You will work closely with technical teams and key stakeholders to create solutions that fulfill business requirements while aligning with and helping to shape our overall technology strategy. • Our Client is one of the United States’ largest insurers, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products. • Locations: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Mexico • Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure and cloud solutions, drive cloud modernization initiatives, define and maintain architecture patterns and standards, collaborate with other technical teams, provide mentorship, develop vendor relationships, stay up to date with emerging technologies, evaluate and implement new technologies, develop architectural roadmaps and participate in architecture governance, guide design discussions, and deliver compelling presentations.

Requirements

• Total Work Experience: Minimum Required: 10+ years • Experience in structure and Cloud Architecture: Minimum Required: Over 9 years • Proven experience in leading the design and implementation of complex infrastructure and cloud solutions. • English Proficiency: Minimum Required: Fluent • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, preferred • Required Certifications: One major architecture certification in AWS, Azure or GCP • Other Critical Skills: Understanding of multiple DBMS platforms, Working knowledge of IAM, VPC, load balancers, serverless technologies, backup, storage, performance, WAF, cryptography, virtualization, automation and modernization, On-Premises Infrastructure: Advanced, AWS Solutioning: Advanced, Azure Solutioning: Intermediate, Presentation: Advanced, Executive Presence: Advanced, Communication and collaboration: Advanced, Strong leadership and mentorship, Knowledge and participation in SAFe practices • Software / Tool Skills: Diagramming: Advanced (7+ Years) • Works Schedule: PST preferred, EST will be considered
