• Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sr. FP&A Analyst. • Play a key role in driving the financial planning and analysis function. • Provide critical insights and develop complex financial models. • Responsible for reporting performance-related financial results. • Manage forecasting and ensure validation and reporting for processes. • Collaborate with business owners to evaluate strategic initiatives. • Present findings to the CFO for approval. • Oversee control and sign-off processes, managing reports.

Requirements

• Total Work Experience: Minimum Required: 4-6 years, Preferred: 7-9 years • Work Experience in This Field: Minimum Required: 1-3 years, Preferred: 4-6 years • Work Experience in Insurance Companies: Minimum Required: 5 years (Preferred: P&C Insurance) • English Proficiency: Minimum Required: Intermediate, Preferred: Fluent • Required Education: Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree, Preferred: Master’s Degree • Required Branches of Study: Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Finance degree a plus • Other Critical Skills: Database / BI Apps / Financial Modeling: Advanced (Forecasting/planning/Business Case Modeling) • Software / Tool Skills: SQL (SAS, MySQL, Microsoft Access) Intermediate, Excel Advanced, Power BI Intermediate, SAP Analytics Cloud preferred
