• The role of UX/Product Design Lead involves conducting and leading strategic research, producing effective design deliverables for complex projects, and leading project teams • Delivers ideas, designs, and prototypes in clean Figma files • Responsibilities include improving usability standards, modeling best practices, and ensuring project success • Influences hiring, encourages cross-disciplinary collaboration, mentors junior team members, participates in thought leadership, and contributes to discussions on team vision and roadmap • Independently leads workshops and other collaborative activities with minimal consultation from leadership

Requirements

• 7-9 years of work experience in Product Design • Experience with complex digital product design required • Online portfolio showcasing recent work demonstrating a strong sense of design clarity • English Proficiency: Fluent • Bachelor's degree preferred • Branches of Study: Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related • Additional Preferred Branches of Study: Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science • Critical Skills: Product Design - Advanced, User Research - Advanced, Product Management - Advanced • Skills: Human Centered Design, Problem-solving, Proactive in seeking out problems, Curiosity, Collaboration, Humility, Encouraging team participation and contribution, Focus on user outcomes, Superb communication
