• The UX/Product Designer role involves conducting usability research, creating design deliverables, and building scalable design components • Must effectively communicate design decisions, identify and prioritize usability issues, and collaborate across teams to achieve optimal user outcomes • May participate in recruiting, design reviews, and mentoring within the UX department • Client is one of the United States’ largest insurers, providing insurance and financial services products to over 10 million U.S. households • Client is part of one of the largest Insurance Groups in the world • Capgemini is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented UX/Product Designer for this role

Requirements

• Work Experience: minimum 3 years; preferred: 4-6 years • Online portfolio showcasing recent work demonstrating a strong sense of design clarity is required • English Proficiency: fluent • Required Education: Bachelor's degree preferred • Work Schedule 8-5 PST • Required Branches of Study: Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related • Additional Preferred Branches of Study: Computer Science, Cognitive Psychology • Other Critical Skills: Product Design - Advanced, User Research - Advanced, Product Management - Intermediate, Web and App Development • Software / Tool Skills: Figma - Advanced • Soft skills: Problem-solving, Proactivity, Application of design frameworks, Exploration and iteration, Curiosity, Collaboration, Humility, Encouraging team participation, Effective questioning, Focus on user outcomes, Superb communication
