• Partner with Product team and Engineering leaders to analyze solutions. • Communicate with tech and business resources through documentation. • Collaborate with tech partners to engineer solutions. • Support automated testing for production solutions. • Communicate incidents impacting system performance. • Lead Agile practices including Story writing and User Story Mapping. • Utilize problem solving skills such as 5 Whys and Value Stream mapping.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree • Salesforce Admin Certified • At least 4 years of experience in integrating systems • At least 1 year experience with a public cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) • Master's Degree (preferred) • 2+ years of experience in Agile practices (preferred) • Salesforce Certified Developer (preferred)
