Description

• Collaborate extensively with various stakeholders in the organization to analyze campaign data, clients’ performance data. • Develop analytics processes and reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations based on complex data analysis to influence decision making. • Conduct research and hypothesis testing to come up with ideas that can improve campaign KPIs. • Conduct in-depth ad-hoc analytics and investigations in response to key business questions. • Regularly report insights and progress to stakeholders, translating complex data sets into understandable and actionable items. • Stay ahead of industry trends and use this knowledge to recommend changes in analytics / marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data science or data analysis, preferably within a digital marketing context. • Experience with marketing KPIs (CPM, CTR, CR, CPL, etc.) • Proficiency in SQL and Python. • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and concise manner. • Proficiency in statistical analysis methods, hypothesis testing, data modeling, data mining, time series analysis (trend, seasonality, cyclic patterns, residual components), forecasting, and AB testing will be considered a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about the role of data in achieving business objectives. • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to problem-solving. • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
