Description

ā€¢ Lead, mentor, and guide the front end development team. ā€¢ Collaborate closely with business unit representatives, design, backend and QA teams. ā€¢ Drive front end architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. ā€¢ Research, design, implement, maintain, and manage high-quality front end solutions. ā€¢ Oversee code quality and enforce best practices, including conducting code reviews. ā€¢ Ensure the production of clean, efficient and maintainable code. ā€¢ Develop testing strategies for front end applications. ā€¢ Plan and execute frontend development Sprints in coordination with other teams. ā€¢ Monitor project progress, offering technical guidance and leadership. ā€¢ Mitigate risks and provide support in troubleshooting when necessary. ā€¢ Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. ā€¢ Continuously identify areas for frontend improvement and ensure timely upgrades. ā€¢ Stay up-to-date with emerging front end technologies and best practices.

Requirements

ā€¢ 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development. ā€¢ 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, guiding and mentoring teams. ā€¢ Expertise in modern frontend technologies, Angular and TypeScript are a must. ā€¢ Experience designing and implementing front end software architecture. ā€¢ Solid knowledge of OOP and design patterns. ā€¢ Deep understanding of HTML/CSS. ā€¢ Proficiency with building tools such as Yarn and Webpack. ā€¢ Experience with Git and Git-based workflows. ā€¢ Strong communication and leadership skills. ā€¢ Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, driving collaboration. ā€¢ Nice to Have: A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. ā€¢ Familiarity with BEM methodology for HTML layouts. ā€¢ Experience with JavaScript linters and static analysis tools. ā€¢ Familiarity with Agile development processes.
