🎯 Requirements

•Experience & Track Record: 3+ years of experience designing digital products, with a portfolio showcasing impactful work. Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship meaningful solutions. •Design Mastery: Excellence in design thinking, visual, interaction, and system design, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Experience solving complex design problems and delivering intuitive, user-centered solutions. •Strategic Collaboration: Ability to integrate user feedback, data, and business goals into design decisions. Comfortable working collaboratively with PMs, Engineers, and other partners to influence product direction. •Communication & Leadership: Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present and advocate for your designs confidently and effectively. •Tools & Techniques: Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools to test ideas and refine interactions. •Professional Qualities: Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a low ego and a collaborative approach. Adaptable and proactive, thriving in fast-paced, iterative environments.
