At Capture One we provide photographers with the most powerful tools to capture, edit and collaborate and bring their visions to life. • Can you imagine seeing your software being used for a huge photoshoot fashion cover? • As we continuously drive for growth and plan to expand our team, we are looking for a highly driven and achievement-orientated Senior Product Manager. • The Team • You will be part of Capture One’s Product & Technology Organization and report to the Director of Product Management. • What you will do • Are you a strategic, data-driven, and customer-focused Senior Product Manager eager to shape the future of studio photography? • At Capture One, we’re committed to building cutting-edge tools that empower professional photographers and their teams. • As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development of solutions focused on digital asset management, collaboration, and retouching. • Key Areas of Focus: • Digital Asset Management (DAM): Enable local and cloud-based solutions that simplify session workflows. • Collaboration: Develop tools for real-time distribution of work to the relevant photography team members. • AI-Powered workflows: Introduce advanced retouching tools leveraging AI and generative AI.
Requirements
• Who we’re looking for • 5+ years as a Product Manager / Program Manager / Product Owner building and shipping scalable commercial products • A track record of managing all aspects of a successful product lifecycle with solid knowledge of product management best practices • Preferably, you have a passion for photography and an understanding of studio photography workflows, including collaboration and retouching. • Solid analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making. • Experience working on applications that involve desktop software, cloud services and mobile apps • Natural leadership and/or stakeholder management skills - you lead by example and motivate and enable others to do their best • Exceptional teamwork and commitment to foster a positive and diverse team culture • Excellent written and oral communication skills
