• Join us on the journey to get to net zero. • At Carbon Direct, we empower organizations to take climate action with our end-to-end platform. • We seek a Head of Brand Design to lead and expand our design function across all business lines. • This role will evolve the visual and user experience identity of Carbon Direct as we scale.
🎯 Requirements
• Significant experience in design, with several years in a leadership role. • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand, product, and marketing design. • Proven experience leading design teams in fast-paced environments. • Deep understanding of user experience (UX), interaction design, and digital product development. • Strong proficiency in design and website tools (Figma, Framer, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). • Experience working in climate, sustainability, or tech-driven industries is a plus. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to diverse stakeholders. • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance creative vision with business objectives.
