🎯 Requirements
• Experience in Application Development and/or Platform Engineering • JavaScript familiarity is a must, Node and React experience is a strong plus • Experience building web applications with modern UI frameworks (Next and Material UI) • Ability to work directly with stakeholders and scientific experts to translate complex needs into technical requirements • Experience building products from scratch and solving real user problems • Self-starter with a track record of building and shipping impactful features independently • Comfortable working in fast-paced, outcome-oriented environments • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in distributed teams • Interest in AI-driven innovation and ability to leverage AI coding tools • Passion for addressing climate change
