Description

• Accountability for Procure to Pay (PTP) functions of Pharma business segment • Leadership in planning/sequencing of end-to-end design workshops • Provide guidance and direction during problem solving and crisis management • Identify gaps between requirements and current solution • Communicate with IT partners and business stakeholders • Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams • Ensure all critical PTP processes are monitored and automated • Support prioritization meetings with functional partners • Provide functional expertise and guidance to stakeholders • Help others understand broad implications of decision making • Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills • Convert technical/functional specifications into test scenarios and test scripts • Accountable for IT Controls, SOX compliance, and Audit findings on the SAP Pharma Platform

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience, preferred • Minimum 8 years’ experience in related field, preferred • Functional expertise in Procure to Pay (PTP) and Supplier EDI reporting using EDI852/EDI867 preferred • Experience in designing solutions in SAP and configuring SAP MM, LE and SAP SD module preferred • Experience in implementing SAP in large scale implementations preferred • Strong configuration experience in SAP MM and SD Module for functions like Purchasing, Master data, Pricing, Inventory management, Accounts payable, Outbound deliveries, Goods Receipt, Supplier Returns, and ASN preferred • Strong integration skills with SAP modules SD, MM, FI and external ERP systems preferred • Hands on experience gathering requirements and creating functional specs preferred • Proficiency with ASAP (Accelerated SAP) Waterfall and Agile methodologies preferred • Ability to navigate through the SDLC process preferred • Strong SAP integration experience with EDI, WMS, Non SAP systems is preferred
