📋 Description
• CardioOne is hiring an Associate Director of RCM Practice Operations and Optimization to support revenue cycle operations at cardiology practices • Responsible for reducing inefficiencies and improving overall patient experience • Report directly to the VP of Revenue Cycle Management and work remotely
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 6-8 years of equivalent and relevant experience in RCM / process management • Athena Health EMR implementation and optimization experience • Knowledge of medical billing, front office, physician practice management and healthcare business processes and workflow • Understanding of medical billing/coding with an understanding of various insurance carriers • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Knowledge and financial reporting experience required • Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving ability • Ability to systematically and logically work to identify causation and resolve problems
