Description

• Manage and act as the company’s main point of contact for OUS HR vendors, including Professional Employer Organizations and/or Employers of Record, to streamline international hiring, onboarding, and employment processes • Stay updated on the hiring and employment regulations and requirements in various OUS locations and communicate relevant updates to HR and business leadership • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for OUS positions • Perform traditional HRBP duties, including advising managers on HR policies and practices, conducting employee performance reviews, and contributing to the development of HR programs and policies • Play a leading role in communicating policy or operational changes to OUS team members • Be a thought leader on building a sense of community and collegiality among our OUS team members • Collaborate with company leadership to develop and execute the OUS HR strategy, aligning with business goals • Work closely with the compensation team to ensure that pay structures are aligned with the OUS strategy • Address and resolve employment-related issues with OUS employees, promoting a positive workplace culture and ensuring fairness and consistency in HR practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification is a plus • Strong knowledge of OUS employment laws, regulations, and cultural nuances. Knowledge and experience of Canadian and European labor laws strongly preferred • Proficiency in recruitment strategies for international markets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
