Description

• Care Access is a unique, multi-specialty network of research sites. • We engage healthcare professionals in clinical research to make clinical trials a care option. • Looking for a Systems Administrator to implement, configure, and support IT assets. • Ensure systems and people are effective within budget and compliance. • Duties include support for IT operations, managing workstations/cloud solutions. • Responsibilities include documenting processes, training users, and providing escalated support. • This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years as IT Systems Administrator or similar role • Strong knowledge in computer security, computer networking and cloud services • Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Azure and Office 365 • Experience with managing a fleet of Windows and Apple devices using Microsoft cloud-based tools • Experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills • Desire and ability to learn new technologies • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Experience with PowerShell • Knowledge of HIPAA and GCP regulations • Relevant industry certifications (Microsoft, Google, ITIL) • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other relevant fields, or equivalent experience.
