• Care Access is a unique, multi-specialty network of research sites. • The Program Engagement Coordinator will support the Care for Friends Ambassador Program. • Manage program-related email communications and provide exceptional customer service. • Assist in problem-solving to meet the needs of program participants.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first approach. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requests efficiently. • Proficiency in data entry with attention to accuracy and detail. • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-focused mindset. • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment. • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role. • Experience with CRM tools and email platforms is a plus.
