Our people are the engines behind our mission: to revolutionize access to clinical trials for the benefit of patients everywhere. • We care for one another, find new ideas to accelerate medicine, and seed a long-term impact for generations. • In this pivotal role, you will oversee the integrity and reliability of data (demographics, medical, financials, marketing, etc) flowing across systems, ensuring compliance with established standards and protocols. • The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Azure, SQL, and data quality frameworks, coupled with leadership skills to drive a culture of accountability and excellence within the data engineering domain.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in Azure data services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Databricks), SQL and python. • Proficient in data quality tools, QA automation, SQL, and other relevant technologies. Familiarity with data profiling and cleansing tools is an asset • Strategic thinker with the ability to align data quality initiatives with broader business objectives • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex data quality issues • Works well and is effective in a dynamic, face-paced environment, adaptable to shifting priorities • Working knowledge of the full lifecycle of software engineering and CI/CD are a plus
