📋 Description

• As a Lead Technical Product Owner, you will be working in a fast-paced, Agile environment. • You will be the conduit between Business and Technology at CareCentrix, and responsible for leading new go-to-market products, core system enhancements, client implementations, and strategic product development. • You will partner with other product managers/owners, vendors, business subject-matter experts, and leadership to execute a strategic vision for your product. • You will define and monitor Product Health to ensure your product exceeds the expectations of our customers and users, delivering value continuously. • You will help drive the team to success by understanding your product E2E, calling out dependencies, and working cross-functionality with other product teams to build an effective release schedule. • You will use data to drive innovation and ideation within your team, utilizing new technologies to drive user engagement and satisfaction. • You are responsible for maintaining relationships with your product’s key stakeholders and setting expectations that promote collaboration and transparency. • As a Lead, you are also expected to guide, coach and mentor other Product Owners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience required • Minimum 8 years of experience in product development • SAFe/Scrum certification preferred and at least 5 years of experience working in an Agile development team • Strong project management skills • Experience managing and/or mentoring team members • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives • Experience with front and back-end engineering teams • Expert stakeholder management skills • Executive presentation skills • Detail-oriented work ethic • Healthcare experience preferred • Technical development competencies and understanding; must know and understand SDLC • Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written
