📋 Description

• Perform analytical reporting and analysis supporting CareCentrix operational and strategic needs. • Analyze health-care clinical and operational data to develop insights for business decisions. • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations of key performance metrics. • Interact with stakeholders to understand business objectives and make recommendations. • Extract, interpret, and validate data identifying patterns, correlations, and anomalies. • Investigate and explain trends and contribute ideas and solutions to business problems. • Communicate and present findings to audiences of various technical backgrounds. • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as they emerge.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Statistics or similar. • 3-5 years’ experience with large datasets to identify patterns, prepare analysis, and reports. • Experience with data visualization required. • Advanced skills in Excel, and SQL. • Tableau or Power BI knowledge nice to have. • 3-5 years background in health-care or product management (preferred). • Experience making recommendations that help drive business decisions.
